How to cancel your mobile service

Some customers can cancel their service through My Account Portal. Sign in to My Account Portal and if you are eligible to cancel online, you will see "Delete/Remove" button on the My Portal screen. All other customers, please call or visit https://support.gtivoice.com

To remove services or close your GTI Global account, call 888-350-3771 between 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Your called ID will redirect you to your account manager.
