You just tell us that you want to pay your bill automatically, and we will debit your bank account or credit card in the amount owed on your GTI Global bill each month. Your bill is always paid on time, without you having to worry about it. It's quick to sign up, and it's also easy to cancel AutoPay if you decide it's not for you, just send an email to [email protected] Once you sign up for AutoPay, the automatic payments will start on your next billing cycle and you can cross one more thing off your to-do list!

Methods of payment accepted for AutoPay

With AutoPay, you can use these forms of payment:

Note: There are no credit card fees associated with AutoPay.

What is your payment date with AutoPay?

 
Your AutoPay payment will occur on the first day of the following month after your bill date.  The "bill date" is not the due date for your bill, but the date it was issued. You can find this date on the first page of your bill.
 
How to change or update your AutoPay payment information
 

It's common for people to need to update their AutoPay payment information, and you will find instructions below on how to make the most common changes. These include: Changing the credit card
