Pursuant to your Service Agreement with GTI, this Notice and the attached Rate Amendment Exhibit are sent to advise you of your service changes and rate increases, decreases and destination code changes and matters related thereto.

ATTACHED FILE NOTES:

All calls are charged in 1/1 increments (per-second billing), except for USA (6/6), Mexico (60/60), Gambia (60/1), Tonga (60/60), Vanuatu (60/60), Papua New Guinea (60/60), Nauru (60/60), Samoa (60/60 – code 685), Haiti (60/60), Niue (60/60), Kiribati (60/60),  Suriname (60/60), Tokelau(60/60), Solomon Islands(60/60), American Samoa(60/60 – code 1684), Lesotho(266*) -60/60 and Cook Islands(682*)-60/60

The rates listed in the attached reflect those that are currently  ** LIVE IN THE SYSTEM **

a) File format is .csv or .zip and opens with Microsoft Excel

b) A prefix next to the country code equals “customers using an account prefix”

Please be aware GTI Networks has many products each with varying price schedules. You are responsible for applying this rate deck to the proper product. If you have any questions we will gladly help you, please contact us in writing only.
